This monumental David Leach bottle vase stands 58cm tall and is a real eye catcher. When I bought it from a dealer at the Aberystwyth Ceramics Festival in 2015 it had a gaping firing crack down one side about 4mm across and other firing issues.

I challenged the amazing ceramic restorer Fiona Hutchinson to save it and as usual she did a wonderful job.
