This 30.5cm wide fruit bowl bears the Leach Pottery mark and was probably thrown by Bill Marshall, it has three fritillary flower designs painted by Bernard Leach. I obtained the bowl at auction a few years ago, previously it belonged to the potter Harry Horlock-Stringer and was part of his Tagg's Yard School of Ceramics collection in South East London.
