I spend my Thursday evenings over at Wobage Farm near Ross-on-Wye learning to throw on an evening class run by Jeremy Steward. Recently Jeremy invited Adam Keeling of Whichford Pottery to come over and give us a demonstration of large scale throwing. Adam arrived with car full of clay and threw a selection of terracotta garden pots including a huge 3 section Ali Baba jar, we were all very impressed.
Drinks and homemade cakes provided by the Wobage potters made it a very memorable evening, my thanks to everyone concerned.
